Guidelines for preparation of posters

Thank you for considering presenting your work as a poster at the XVth International Symposium on Cholinergic Mechanisms in Marseille. All posters will have to be validated by a completed registration.

To prepare your poster, please follow the instructions below:

The maximum size of your poster must not exceed a A0 portrait format, i.e., 1189 mm height x 841 mm width (46.8 in x 33.1 in)

Posters longer/larger than A0 or in landscape format may not be displayed

Posters should display from top to bottom: title, authors and institutions of origin in large letters. The background, hypothesis, aims, material and methods, results and conclusions should follow, and should be designed so that the poster can easily be read at a maximum distance of 2 meters. Do not overload your poster with text, and make sure it is understandable by itself.

Bring your poster already printed, as there will be no printing service on site.

Do not use heavy printing material nor laminate your poster.

Cloth/fabric posters are welcome.

Depending on the support, pins, clips, adhesive/mounting putty or double-sided tape will be provided.

All posters should be installed on Sunday October 16 afternoon and stay there until Thursday October 20th afternoon.
